Frequently asked questions
Compare the surface area of both pans. A 20cm round tin has an area of about 314cm², while a 20cm square tin is 400cm² — about 27% bigger. Either scale your ingredient quantities up by that factor, or use the same quantities and expect a thinner result with a shorter bake time.
